Once your website is up and running and you begin to manage the website, you may run into a situation where you might need some help with making changes to the website. Whether that is adding a product or changing a slider banner, you will want to submit a support ticket so our entire support team can see the issue and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
Navigate to our Support Center website: https://support.sitebiz.com/hc/en-us
Once you are there you will click on Submit a Request located at the top right of the page.
After that, you will fill out the necessary information that you see below in the image.
You will notice that depending on what you type into the Subject line, you might have a support article pop up answering your question. So in some cases, you may not need to submit a ticket.
Then click Submit.
Once submitted, a support team member will respond to the ticket within 48 hours.
(Please note that you will need to create a support ticket for each individual issue so our team can address issues separately, as some may take longer than others to resolve.)
