If you desire to have your Terms and Conditions to show automatically at Checkout, it is very easy to set up.
Let's start by knowing where to add or edit your Terms and Condition. Navigate to SYSTEM > STORE SETUP > TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To add conditions click ADD NEW CONDITION
If you desire to edit current conditions, click the title of the condition.
Next, let's figure out how to add these same conditions to the checkout.
Begin by navigating to SYSTEM > CONFIGURATION
Now use the left navigation bar and navigate to SALES > CHECKOUT
Here under CHECKOUT OPTIONS you'll see Enable Terms and Conditions. Select YES to enable.
Now you'll want to flush cache and reindex if necessary:
SYSTEM > CACHE MANAGEMENT. Select Flush Cache Storage at the top right of the page.
SYSTEM > INDEX MANAGEMENT. Select All, Submit next to Reindex Data at the top right of the page.
