How does Sitebiz handle MAP pricing?

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) is an agreement between suppliers and retailers stipulating the lowest price an item is allowed to be advertised for sale at.

** MAP pricing information is included in the datafeeds from many of the distributors that we connect with. 

** Many of the feeds will include COST, MSRP, MAP

** Your DEALER_SALES_PRICE will be calculated using the specified markup and cost.

If a product has a MAP price the customer browsing the site will see the following

1. the MAP PRICE if your DEALER_SALES_PRICE is LESS then the MAP
2. will see the DEALER_SALES_PRICE if GREATER then MAP

There are other things that can effect the price displayed to the user. These include 

1. tiered pricing
2. special price (overrider)
