Creating & Printing Shipping Labels

You are able to create shipping labels for orders if your shipping carrier is setup appropriately. 


To Create a Label for a New Shipment:

Navigate to SALES > ORDERS

Select and open an order with a Pending or Processing status.

In the upper right hand corner you will see a SHIP button. Click this to proceed to the Shipping Review. 

On the next page in the lower right hand corner select the Create Shipping Label checkbox. Click Shipment Button 

To add products from the order to the package, click the Add Products button. The Quantity column shows the maximum number of products that are available for the package.

Select the checkbox of each product to be added to the package and enter the Quantity of each. Then, click the Add Selected Product(s) to Package button.

  • To add a new package, click the Add Package button.
  • To delete a package, click the Delete Package button.

When complete, click OK

  • If you need to cancel an order, click the Cancel button. A shipping label will not be created, and the Create Shipping Label checkbox is cleared.


Printing Shipping Labels:

Navigate to SALES > ORDERS 

Find the order in the list, and click to open the record. In the panel on the left, select Shipments. Then, click to open the shipment record. 

To download the PDF file, go to the Shipping and Tracking section of the form and click the Print Shipping Label button. Depending on your browser settings, the shipping labels can be viewed and printed directly from the PDF file.


Printing Labels for Multiple Orders:

In the admin navigate to one of the following: 

  • Select SALES > ORDERS

Select the checkbox next to each order that you need a shipping label for. 

In the upper right corner, find the Actions dropdown and select "Print Shipping Labels"

Click Submit. 


A popup should appear to print all labels.
